Flowers

We got some beautiful flowers this week in sympathy for my mother's passing away. The orchid is from my mother's main nurse, and the flower arrangement is from my DH's sister and her husband. It was very thoughtful of them, and a cheerer upper. The orchid is alive, and I do not have a green thumb, so I hope that I can keep it that way.

Hi I have just read all of your blog. It's great. It's real and authentic! My husband has never read my blog (I have 3) but my sisters do and maybe my mum! It's weird though because you end up writing so much personal stuff, it's hard to get people to read it!! I find it very theraputic and blogging has become part of my journey. Thanks for commenting on my blog. I'll keep my eye open for you.

Hi Candace,

I'm sorry to hear about your Mom. I lost my Mom over 20 years ago and I still miss her.
I wanted to thank you for visiting my blog and leaving a comment about my quilt.

Candace,

I am sorry to hear about the loss of your mom. I lost my mom 9 years ago to cancer and it still makes this time of year melancholy for me.

Thanks for the comments on my blog. None of my family reads my blog either. They like to make fun of me for it though. I am really enjoying it however.
