Hopefully, my Flower Patch quilt will look something like this, but since my background is light pink, I guess it will be less yellow and more pink. I decided to use that fabric even though I'm using it for my Sugar Block Club-Craftsy BOM 2012, as the fabric is such a bargain, and I do like it. It is 8 yards for fifteen something, plus shipping. Can't beat that these days. I had in mind to do part 2 of Deck-ade the Halls today, but I got up really early (3:30am) for some reason, and it wasn't up yet so I started on this and I'm compulsive, I wanted to get it finished. Tomorrow for cleaning this place and doing step 2.
Both quilt alongs are just getting started if you need a new project, lol. |

Where did you get 8 yards of fabric for 15 dollars? Enquiring minds want to know!
I think cutting fabric out before starting is my least favourite part of making a quilt. That looks like a lot you've got ready there.
