For better or worse, I think better, Amanda helped me decide that I needed a little different direction than just purple, orange and green. I added in a bit of turquoise and navy to lighten things up. After all, I do have a scrappy gypsy soul. I think (and Amanda, too) either a white or cream sashing with turquoise cornerstones. |
It's ok, it's supposed to be wonky. After the June BOM's I'll take another picture to see how they mix in. PS I think these are the messiest blocks I ever made, my sewing room is a disaster. PPS I hesitated to add my funny little blocks to soscrappy's Rainbow Scrap Challenge, the others are so awesome, but I did anyway, so go here to see the awesome ones. |

I love your wonky blocks. I must try to make some.
I think they are great! Love the pig and farm in the middle.
Your blocks are simply wonderful!!!! I really glad you decided to share them :*) And your friend Amanda is a keeper - she has excellent taste =^..^=
Your wonky blocks are so HAPPY. Hope your sewing room recovers, but they are totally worth the mess.
I'm glad you added your delightful little wonky blocks Candace.
Great blocks. I did some orange and needed to get out the purple too. The two colours early go well together.
I think your blocks look pretty awesome. I'm looking forward to seeing the next ones.
Oh yes, I like them with the blues added in. I like wonky, right up my street, I really find being accurate quite tricky so I'm looking forward to doing these.
Your blocks look great - I love the assortment of fabrics that you used.
