My three day baby quilt is officially done done. I got the label made and sewn on, and now just have to check with my grandson to see if he prefers washed or not. I think that I prefer washed, especially for a baby.
My four manly quilt centers are done, now on to the borders. At least now they will be a little different one from another. 
PS Dominic Carmine - do you think the little guy may have some Italian in there.

I did believe as you did a few weeks ago, but I'm beginning to open up to a few more views. I've heard that there is already a mosque within a 4 block radius. Therefore, how much of a distance is acceptable? The Muslims are wanting to build a place of understanding and dialogue. I don't think we can equate it to that obscure Christian minister who wants to destroy the holy books of another group's faith.
This is a time needing sensitivity. I agree. But there is a bigger, more long term picture that I'm trying to bring into focus so I can understand it better.

Candace, I love the quilts your doing--you have made so many beautiful ones. I wish I could stay focused longer than I do and just finish something. Maybe in time it will reappear in my life.how is hubby these ays?
