My first twenty done, I still have some work ahead of me. The little tool is what I'm using instead of my iron. Bonnie is finger pressing, and this is my version. I did use an inexpensive little wallpaper tool that I got at Home Depot, and it worked, but I was amazed how much better this works. Wish I could remember where I purchased it, but I know it was online. Thank you to Bonnie for another fun mystery, I'm loving it so far. wonderful mix of some great exciting fabrics...looking forward to seeing your progress
This is going to be a very dramatic quilt I think. It will be fun to see how it turns out as you go along. I have one of those tools too, it's brilliant for paper piecing as well.
I am loving the way those large flowers are peeking out on the orange fabric! This is going to look great!
Your quilt will be amazing with those bright dramatic colors. I think your husband has a good eye!! Great idea for using the little wallpaper tool. I'm using a wooden handle sanded down to imitate those wooden iron sticks.
Love your block units. Grey is a great idea!
